It might be easier just to unplug your webcam. Also, close any previous installation attempts. Make certain you close any programs that can access your webcam. Actually, this individual had already performed most of the work, by the time I was able to remotely connect to their Macintosh computer. Even though this Macintosh operating system is NOT officially supported I was able to get this webcam to work. This individual had Macintosh operating system 10.13.3 which is High Sierra. Also, it only supports Macintosh operating systems 10.5-10.6 which would be Leopard and Snow Leopard respectfully. Technically, the Logitech HD Laptop Webcam C615 is NOT supported for newer Macintosh operating systems.
